Turning a one man trade into a local search engine
Mr Finch Landscaping
Mr Finch Landscaping is a Sydney landscaper offering three very different services: full garden builds, custom outdoor furniture, and ongoing maintenance. The founder trained under the Head Gardener at Merivale Group. My job was to give three unrelated offers their own clear space on one site, and get the business found across eight Sydney regions.

Problem
The old site was one page trying to sell everything at once. A full garden rebuild, a custom fire pit, and weekly mowing all got the same generic paragraph, even though they're completely different purchases at completely different prices. There was nowhere to show real finished work, nothing built for local search, and no clear way for a visitor to actually ask for a quote.

Approach
I built a CMS where every service, sub service, and finished project link back to each other. Add a new project, and it automatically shows up as proof on the right service page. I also rewrote the copy to sound like the founder actually talking to a customer, not an agency. Every page follows a simple order: earn trust, show proof, ask for the job.
Outcome
Every service and project page now carries its own structured data, so search engines and AI tools can match the exact suburb and service someone's looking for. The site went from one static brochure page to something that keeps growing on its own. Every new project the client adds becomes a new page working for him in search.
