Hey, I'm Tadas, a designer who cares as much about the results as the details. I don't hand off a site and move on, but watch how it performs and come back with ways to make it better, not because I need to, but because I want to. Getting real results is the challenge I'm chasing from the start of almost every project, not just shipping something and forgetting about it once it goes live.
