Analyzed 10+ Restaurants Across Sydney

Over the past year, I’ve worked with more than 10 restaurants across Sydney to discover the common issues holding them back, by analysing restaurant processes, customer journey experiences, and applying other UX techniques to find the most common challenges in restaurants.
